Store Manager- Luxury Fashion Retail- Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury boutique and uphold the highest standards of customer experience, operational excellence, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, team performance, and customer service excellence
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and client relationship building
- Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans for improvement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and accurate stock reporting
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a luxury retail store or premium fashion brand
- Strong leadership, communication, and clienteling skills
- Well-versed with POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory control
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- Passionate about fashion and delivering a world-class customer experience
