The Role: Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will be the face and leader of Presidents Fashion. You will be responsible for the entire operation of the store, from managing sales and inventory to leading and developing the store team and ensuring an exceptional, luxury client experience. Success in this role requires a blend of strong retail management skills, a deep appreciation for high-end fashion, and exceptional customer relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Management

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Manage store budgets, control operating expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, audits, and minimizing shrinkage of high-value bespoke items.
• Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, reflecting the luxury positioning of the brand.

2. Client Experience and Relationship Management

• Champion an environment where world-class bespoke customer service is the standard.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve high-level customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, maintaining brand integrity.
• Act as a style advisor when necessary, demonstrating an expert knowledge of bespoke tailoring, fabrics, and current luxury men's fashion trends (suits, sherwanis, tuxedos).

3. Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team (Fashion Consultants, Tailoring Staff, etc.).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve personal and collective sales goals while adhering to company policies.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

4. Operations and Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and timely reporting.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for store staff efficiently.
• Maintain the physical condition of the store, ensuring all fittings, bespoke areas, and back-of-house are immaculate and functional.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential experience in the luxury retail segment (e.g., bespoke fashion, high-end jewelry, luxury watches, designer apparel).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding demanding sales targets.
• Deep knowledge and passion for men's bespoke fashion, tailoring, fabrics, and luxury wear (suits, sherwanis, tuxedos).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software (POS systems, inventory management).
• A professional, polished demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
