  • Employee Engagement: Conduct engagement activities for all levels of employees to maintain motivation, monitor early signs of disengagement, and gather feedback through skip-level meetings and other initiatives.

  • Employee Grievance: Facilitate employee grievance handling and develop long-term solutions to address concerns effectively
