Role: Acquisition Manager - CASA Department : Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full Time

Role Summary: Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns
  • Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and account activation
  • Drive usage, balance maintenance, and customer engagement
  • Cross-sell bank products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
  • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for acquisition and balances Ensure compliance and maintain audit standards

Qualifications :

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)
  • 0 - 2 years of banking or financial sales experience (CASA preferred)
  • Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory Interested for field sales
