Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable IT Regional Manager to oversee our IT teams across four sites in

India (Waghodia, Vadodara, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad). The IT Regional Manager will be.

responsible for managing all IT operations within the region, ensuring top-notch IT support,

network maintenance, software application services, and technical support for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT administrative and support operations across all Indian sites.

  • Oversee BCDR Technology to ensure data protection and business continuity.
  • Administer and maintain virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Manage network switches, including Cisco and Unifi, and ensure the proper functioning of
  • wireless access points.
  • Administer Cato SASE Management Network Platform.
  • Oversee LAN, VLAN, WLAN, WAP, and ensure network segregation and segmentation for
  • security.

  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and managing.
