Role Overview:
Seeking a high-performing Business Manager to drive sales and business growth at our center. This role demands a sales-focused leader who thrives on targets, team management, and revenue ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales counselors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Track and convert incoming leads from marketing into successful enrollments.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through effective counseling and lead follow-up.
- Take full accountability for the branch's sales performance.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and optimize the sales funnel.
- Conduct regular sales training, role plays, and performance evaluations.
- Own revenue targets and drive upselling/cross-selling strategies.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for localized campaigns and promotions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years in a sales-driven role, preferably in EdTech
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Must have worked in a high-pressure, high-reward sales environment.
- Strong B2C or B2B sales experience
