Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of South India Sales Operations, located in Bengaluru . The Head of Sales Operations will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, building relationships with key clients, coordinating with various departments, and presenting sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Minimum experience of 15+ years in the IVD industry and 5 years in a similar position is a MUST
- Territory development skills
- Proven track record in sales management roles
