Job Description:

Fresher, 0-3 years of experience in Engineering & Design Department
Strong knowledge of CAD software, preferably Solid works.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist senior engineers in reviewing customer specifications and developing design drawings using CAD software.
 Support in visiting customers/suppliers for queries and technical presentations.
 Study literature, technical books, and attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
 Assist in preparing estimates for production costs and techno-commercial offers.
 Collaborate with team members to discuss technical queries and brainstorm design solutions.
 Support in observing plant processes and identifying potential operational issues.
 Assist in conducting kick-off meetings with the Operations team to discuss project requirements.
 Aid in preparing conceptual drawings and detail drawings under supervision.
 Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements for designs.
 Stay updated with the latest manufacturing techniques and drawing standards.
 Coordinate with the Production team and other departments as needed.
 Refer to the knowledge database for prebidding questionnaires, design guidelines, and post-supply issues.
 Assist in identifying improvements in current design norms and procedures.
 Help in creating and updating documentation for engineering projects and work orders.
 Support in updating data in the ERP system.
 Participate in preparing monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
