Role Description

We are hiring
Sales Executives
for our Noida office. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Present and promote properties to prospective buyers
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project details effectively
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth closures
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and properties (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
