Sales Advisor

Job Objective
To generate sales and revenue growth by connecting with UK-based prospects through outbound calls, presenting products/services effectively, and converting leads into customers while maintaining the highest standards of communication and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
- Introduce and explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Conversion
- Generate qualified leads and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to maximize conversion.
- Customer Engagement
- Build rapport with prospects to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow scripts, call guidelines, and compliance regulations applicable to the UK market.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes, lead details, and sales in CRM.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Update daily/weekly/monthly sales trackers.
- Share feedback on lead quality and market trends with the team leader.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with a UK-neutral accent.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Active listening and objection-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
