Job Title: Mechanical Projects Execution Manager

Position: Mechanical Projects Execution Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule manpower deployment across multiple project sites simultaneously.

- Prepare daily/weekly manpower schedules and ensure timely reporting of teams at sites.

- Monitor site readiness, material delivery, and installation progress across projects.

- Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Production, and Client teams for smooth execution.

- Collect and review site updates, resolve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Maintain attendance, site reports, and project progress dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to safety norms, discipline, and quality standards at all sites.

- Report consolidated project execution status to senior management.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or strong mechanical/site execution background.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in field operations / site management / manpower coordination in mechanical or construction industry.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
