Job Title: Project Coordinator - Mechanical / Site Installations
Position : Project Coordinator (Mechanical)
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the single point of coordination between clients, internal design, production, and site execution teams.
Interact with clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner to understand site requirements, progress updates, and resolve concerns.
Read and interpret mechanical/structural drawings to ensure correct execution on-site.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to align deliveries with project timelines.
Track site progress, prepare daily/weekly status reports, and escalate delays/issues.
Support site teams with technical clarifications and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure projects are executed with safety, quality, and within timelines.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
years of experience in site execution / project coordination in mechanical / industrial installations.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and communicate with technical teams.
- Excellent client communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
