Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can mentor development teams, oversee project execution, and ensure efficient delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the development team.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
  • Design and develop scalable architectures and robust APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across projects.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineers to define requirements.
  • Prepare estimates, plan sprints, and manage task allocation.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and participate in planning and review meetings.

Quality Assurance & Performance

  • Ensure delivery of secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Team Collaboration

  • Promote a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive continuous learning.
  • Provide performance feedback and support team development.
  • Mentor juniors and interns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and full-stack open-source technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of MVC, modern CSS frameworks, optimization techniques, and OOP principles.
  • Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong database query optimization skills.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
  • Proficient with tools like Git, Bitbucket, Figma, Trello, Cursor, and Copilot.
  • Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and data science (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of microservices and software architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DevOps and automation tools
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Certifications in cloud or architecture
