Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented RapNet Associate from the diamond industry to manage listings, leads, and trading activities on the RapNet platform. The candidate will ensure accurate data entry, effective coordination, and smooth operations in diamond purchase and online trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, update, and maintain diamond listings on RapNet with accurate specifications, images, and certificates.
  • Verify GIA and pricing details, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage customer leads and coordinate follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients for trading coordination.
  • Monitor market prices and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, leads, and transactions for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and diamond trading standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in the diamond industry (RapNet experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of diamond, pricing, and certification.
  • Proficient in RapNet, Excel, and digital trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
