Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal LLMs.
  • Work on building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for real-world use cases.
  • Implement and fine-tune transformer models using Hugging Face and PyTorch.
  • Conduct experiments, benchmark models, and continuously improve performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLM architectures, and open-source frameworks.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc. ) and Multimodal models (e. g., CLIP, Flamingo).
  • Expertise in PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Proficiency in building RAG-based solutions, integrating vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Solid understanding of deep learning concepts, NLP, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
  • Good programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs and ML Ops tools.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research papers in the AI/ML domain.
