  • Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients; nurture existing customer relationships for loyalty and upselling.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct client meetings, present products/services, demonstrate features, negotiate prices, and close deals to meet targets.
  • Territory Management: Plan daily routes, manage a specific geographic area, and track sales performance within it.
  • Reporting & Admin: Log activities in CRM software (like Salesforce), prepare sales reports, and analyze performance data.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Acumen: Prospecting, negotiation, closing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent, time-manager, resilient.
  • Logistics: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Daily Activities Might Include:

  • Mapping out client visits for the day.
  • Face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Addressing customer questions and resolving issues.
  • Updating client records and sales pipelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
