Salary: 30,000 to 80,000 per month.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in the tiles, granite, marble, ceramic, and stone industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

* Identify and target potential clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry professionals.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Provide daily sales reports and updates to the management team.

* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.

* Coordinate with the operations team for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.

Requirements :

Experience : 1 to 10 years in sales/business development in the tiles, granite, marble, ceramic, or stone industry.

Education : Any Graduate

Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Own Vehicle: Must have a personal vehicle for client visits and sales meetings.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
