Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for the role of US Bench Sales Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include engaging with candidates for sales recruitment, managing the full lifecycle of recruiting activities, and managing accounts to build long-term relationships with clients. Additional tasks include identifying candidates for IT roles, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful placements while collaborating with team members to meet staffing requirements effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic client needs.
  • Previous experience in staffing or recruitment focused on the US market is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is desirable.
