Role Overview:

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of our events and publications. Drawing upon your experience in media and exhibition companies, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and requirements with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing strategic guidance to meet their goals.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase our services and offerings, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of advertisements, editorial content, and other client deliverables for publications.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns, striving to exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing roles within media, publishing, or exhibition companies.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing and promotional ideas to drive client engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events and client meetings as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently under tight deadlines.
