Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Service Executive. The Sales Service Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their business needs, and providing tailored packaging and coding solutions. Primary tasks include generating and following up on leads, providing after-sales service support, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves producing and analyzing sales reports, achieving assigned sales targets, and understanding market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain product features, especially inkjet and thermal technology.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage customer engagement and inquiries.
  • Analytical skills to generate sales reports, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in the packaging and coding solutions industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to dynamic market needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software is an asset.
