Roles& Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and assists the plan approval process for NB & ConversionProjects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., planning,engineering, legal) to facilitate the approval process.
  • Maintain accurate records of plan submissions, approvals,revisions, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports summarizing approval status, issuesencountered, and resolutions.
  • Identify issues or discrepancies in submitted plans and workwith stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project teams and externalstakeholders regarding plan submissions and approvals.
  • Assist in Procurement, Logistics

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in plan approval, approval coordination,or a similar role within marine or new ship building.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks.
  • Great customer service attitude.
  • Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in IT andexperience with using all relevant Microsoft office software
