- We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist our clients with all IT related technical support issues. As an IT support engineer, you will be residing or visiting the clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software and Network issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
To ensure success as an IT support engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills. Ultimately, a top-class IT support engineer resolves all IT issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a good relationship with the client.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring and managing Desktops, Laptops, Server and Networking Devices.
- Diagnose hardware, software and networking issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Replacing faulty devices and components.
- Preventive Maintenance and Upgrade of Hardware and Software.
- Monitoring tracing and maintaining IT assets.
- Data Backup Monitoring and maintaining.
- Compliance technical documentation, manuals and IT policies reports.
- Daily and periodical reports prepration.
- Maintaining good client relations.
Skill Set:
- Working Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking.
- Working Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
- Ability to solve Hardware , Software & Networking issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
