Job Summary

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall operations, performance, and growth of the centre. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer/service delivery, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining operational excellence while complying with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Implement company policies, processes, and SOPs at the centre level
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise centre staff
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive admissions/sales/footfall as per business goals
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
  • Analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet targets

Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Handle escalations, feedback, and grievance resolution
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, parents, or clients (as applicable)

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Manage centre budgets, expenses, and cost control
  • Ensure accurate reporting, MIS, and documentation
  • Coordinate with head office for audits, reports, and reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in centre/branch/unit management
  • Experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
