We are seeking a skilled and proactive SCCM Administrator to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure, ensuring efficient deployment of software, updates, and operating systems across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and reporting services.

Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment (OSD).

Package, test, and deploy applications and software updates using SCCM.

Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance.

Generate and maintain SCCM reports using SSRS or Power BI.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure patch management and endpoint protection.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.

Document procedures, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience working with SCCM in a medium to large enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

Familiarity with Intune, Azure AD, and modern endpoint management is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
