We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, and freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.). The role requires excellent communication skills, client handling experience, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via calls, LinkedIn, social media & freelance platforms.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Handle client queries, negotiations & closures.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly acquisition & revenue targets.
  • Research market trends & explore new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English & Hindi.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition via LinkedIn & freelance portals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with relevant experience.
