Roles and Responsibilities:
- 0-3 years of experience in engineering recruitment or related field (US Recruitment preferred).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor domain knowledge (W2/MSP) required.
- Excellent sourcing skills using various channels like job boards, social media, etc.
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.
- Maintain a pipeline of active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates in alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in the US IT sector.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
