Were Hiring: UK Non-IT Recruiter (Manufacturing | Engineering | Production)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist top talent across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production roles.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract the right candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage recruitment data and candidate pipelines through ATS or Excel trackers.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international (UK/Europe) hiring.
  • Prior exposure to blue-collar or shop-floor recruitment will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production job functions.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
