Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service operations, troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues with fire and security systems, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring system up-time and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Field Service and Troubleshooting
  • Expertise in Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of fire and security systems is preferred
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge in Access control system, Fire alarm system, CCTV system is a must
  • Knowledge in fire hydrant, HVAC, Intruder alarm, Fire suppression system is a added advantage.
  • Should have Two-wheeler and proper license.
