Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include installing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, as well as providing training and support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and equipment efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in lectrical and electronic engineering
  • Experience in the CNC technology industry is a plus
