Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service support which includes troubleshooting and technical support for products, conducting preventive maintenance, and handling customer service issues effectively. The engineer will ensure efficient operation and maintenance of medical diagnostic equipment on-site, and provide timely and accurate feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Field Service experience and Technical Support skills
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
