The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot platforms. This role involves architecting new developments, recommending workflow optimizations, gathering requirements, troubleshooting complex integration issues, and supporting existing systems. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce and a proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
  • Requirement Gathering & Solutioning: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and actionable workflows.
  • Workflow Optimization: Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation, custom workflows, and validation rules to enhance efficiency.
  • Development & Customization: Lead the development of custom applications, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to meet complex business needs.
  • Integration Management: Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, APIs) using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Provide advanced support for existing Salesforce issues, including debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents.
  • Pardot Expertise: Configure and optimize Pardot for marketing automation, including email campaigns, lead scoring, and integration with Sales Cloud.
  • Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users and junior team members.
  • Best Practices & Governance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits while maintaining platform performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot implementation and administration.
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Programming & Customization: Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL for custom development.
  • Integration Expertise: Extensive experience with integration tools and protocols, including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., Informatica, Boomi).
  • Automation Tools: Mastery of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes for declarative automation.
  • Data Management: Proficiency with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Jitterbit) for data migration and cleansing.
  • DevOps & Release Management: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.
  • Security & Governance: Knowledge of Salesforce security models (e.g., profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD) and governor limits management.
  • Front-End Development: Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System) for UI customization.
  • Testing & Debugging: Experience in writing unit tests (Apex test classes), conducting UAT, and using debugging tools like Developer Console and Salesforce Inspector.
  • Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize code and configurations for scalability, including bulkification and asynchronous processing (e.g., Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods).
  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud features (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting).
  • Expertise in Service Cloud capabilities (e.g., case management, omni-channel, knowledge base).
  • Strong knowledge of Pardot for marketing automation, including campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant or Specialist.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or AI-driven features.
  • Knowledge of other Salesforce products (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
