Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Business Development Executive
to expand our clientele and drive business growth across architecture, interior design, and bespoke furniture verticals. This is a
field-based role
requiring a self-driven professional with a strong understanding of design and project execution and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across architecture, interior design, and bespoke furniture segments.
- Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, references, exhibitions, industry events, and on-ground interactions.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and position the company's offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams to prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets through structured and proactive client engagement.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and maintain reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and client feedback.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
- Highly proactive, independent, and target-oriented.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior design processes, turnkey projects, and bespoke furniture design.
- Strong time management, planning, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (PAN India).
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
or related fields. - Candidates with academic or professional exposure to
Architecture / Interior Design / Furniture Design/ Real Estate
will be preferred. - Minimum
5 years of experience
in business development, preferably in architecture, interiors, or bespoke furniture industry.
