Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Firefighting, and Basement Ventilation works at project sites. Fresh diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering are welcome to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for HVAC, Firefighting, and Basement Ventilation installations.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Assist in material planning, receiving, and ensuring proper usage at site.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.

Maintain daily progress reports and update project timelines.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Freshers can apply; prior experience in MEP site supervision will be a plus.

Basic understanding of HVAC, firefighting, and ventilation systems.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work at project sites and handle field challenges.
