Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Supervisor located in Bengaluru, India. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the machine shop, including production planning, supervising milling and machining activities, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The supervisor is also responsible for managing team performance and facilitating a safe work environment.

- Supervisory Skills
- Experience in Production Planning
- Proficiency in Milling and Turning
- Quality Control skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
