**Urgent requirement for Site Supervisor for Hospital project in Ambikapur location**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

RCC site execution experience.

Should have knowledge about BOQ preparation

Should be able to prepare MEP working drawings.

A site supervisor is an employee whose responsibility is to control and manage the construction site.

To supervise all construction activities on a construction site, including all operators, workers, and subcontractors.

To conduct work conferences with workers and other personnel.

They also determine the work schedule, which has to include a balance between labor and machine hours.

Site supervisors prepare work schedules and track worker activities.

They establish safety protocols for all personnel, including subcontractors.

They maintain records of all workers’ time and payroll.

They conduct weekly safety meetings, and conduct inspections of equipment, work areas, and work methods.

Monitoring quality standards and making adjustments to improve performance

Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all regulations are being met

Participating in meetings with senior management to discuss issues or concerns about processes or products

Conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes

Should have interior knowledge as well

Should have done atleast one Hospital Project
