**Job Title**: Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the RMC plant and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supervise the plant workers, including batching, mixing, and delivery of concrete.
- Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished concrete meets standards.
- Manage inventory levels of materials like cement and aggregates.
- Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries efficiently.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
- Train and guide plant staff on procedures and best practices.
- Handle any operational issues or conflicts firmly and decisively.
- Work with management to improve plant operations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of ready-mix concrete plant operations and concrete pumps.
- Experience in a supervisory role in the construction or concrete industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to make firm decisions and enforce them confidently.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for keeping records and generating reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
