**Job Posting: Site Supervisor**

**Location**: Patratu, Jharkhand
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2.5 to 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate manpower on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, particularly in electrical projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical work.
- Ability to handle and motivate a team effectively.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
