Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent communication skills, and be focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing in-depth product knowledge, and guiding them to make purchasing decisions based on their health and dietary needs (e.g., Keto, specific health goals).
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities, including potential B2B partnerships (e.g., local gyms, dieticians, or corporate wellness programs).
  • Store Operations: Assist with product display, inventory management, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presentable.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales data using internal systems.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on new Kuizeens products, promotions, and current trends in the health food and wellness industry.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, retail, or food industry.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for driving sales and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office).
  • A genuine interest in healthy eating, nutrition, or the Kuizeens product range is highly advantageous.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Compensation: The salary and compensation package will be discussed and finalized based on experience and qualifications during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
