What We Want
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of financial management success.

Who We Are
Vertoz is MADTech Group, helping Digital Marketers, Advertising Agencies, and Digital Media businesses with their Data-Driven Marketing, Advertising & Monetization expedition by utilizing the latest technology. Vertoz has developed in-house full-stack MADTech Products and acquired various components to complement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, adherence to accounting principles (GAAP), and the implementation of robust financial controls.
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget, financial forecasts, and various financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and oversee financial planning and analysis to optimize financial health and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations,and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Direct and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management team, contributing to the overall growth strategy of Vertoz Advertising Limited.
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous CA Qualified
  • A minimum of 8+years of relevant experience in finance management, with a significant portion of that experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Knowledge of Net Suite will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
