About the Role

We are seeking energetic and ambitious 
MBA Graduates specializing in Sales & Marketing
 
and Operations
to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong email marketing abilities, and the capability to conduct detailed market research for the U.S. market. Ideal candidates must be self-driven, confident, and willing to work in an EST-aligned night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 
    email marketing campaigns
     targeted at U.S. clients.
  • Perform 
    market research
     to identify potential leads, opportunities, and trends in the U.S. IT/Staffing/Services market.
  • Create and manage 
    prospecting lists
    , contact databases, and outreach strategies.
  • Draft and send professional, persuasive, and error-free emails to prospective clients.
  • Maintain CRM data and track outreach performance.
  • Support the Sales team in proposals, follow-ups, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and prepare client-oriented content.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to outreach, lead generation, and sales support activities.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
     (Freshers or up to 1-2 years experience welcome).
  • Strong command of 
    written and spoken English
     (excellent communication is mandatory).
  • High energy, confidence, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to understand and work with U.S. clients and markets.
  • Proficiency in 
    email marketing
    , research, MS Office, and internet-based tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working 
    night shifts (EST time zone)
     and 
    onsite at C.R. Park office
    .

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or U.S. market research (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to process data effectively.
