Research Analyst

A. Essential Qualifications:

i)MBS undergraduate degree

OR

DS with Master in Hospital Management (MHM)

)Knowledge of Healthcare systems, Hospital management and Medical Education.

Desirable:

i) Experience of 1-2 years is desirable, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Medical Education or Health policy.

ii) Experience of working with Government institutions, Regulatory bodies, or reputed healthcare organizations will be an added advantage

iii) Excellent analytical and research abilities with proficiency in policy analysis. tv) Strong Communication (oral and written) and drafting skills.

v) Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare high- quality presentations/ reports.

vi) Strong Organizational and Coordination Skills with attention to detail.

vii) Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information and confidentiality.

-vi) Research & Strategy: Formulating hypotheses, desigrng studies, and identifying researches.

ix) Reporting: Compiling and presenting research findings through written reports, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders

x) Data Management: Assembling, verifyirtg, and managing relevant medical information from databases and other sources.
