We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Customer Service Executive

In this role, you will:

Ensure that the productivity & quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process.Provide service to customers by focusing on resolving requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally.To provide a high quality service to internal and external customers and ddemonstrate ways to improve customer service & increase productivityWork well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks To participate in various business health checks/Testing activities related to new projects and Implementations.Resolve customer complaints and complex enquiries/problem situations.Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.Proactively provide technical assistance to colleagues in the team/department - sharing knowledge & learning  

To be successful in this role:

Working Knowledge on Banking Management system. High energy, be pro-active, positive, a problem solver, and an owner of issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision. Pragmatic - sense of urgency is a must Excellent prioritizing, planning and organizing skills along with the ability to build and maintain MI. Demonstrate highly customer centric approach and strong business acumen.Team player and enthusiastic personality with a drive to succeed Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving and changing priorities. Procedures change frequently; selected candidates are expected to implement the changes immediately with minimal training.
