Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

Location: Chinchwad,Pune, Maharashtra

Renault Pune, operated by Unnati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., is a leading automobile dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to guide our sales consultants and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor the Prospect Tracking Card for accurate lead management.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and quarterly performance reviews of Sales Consultants.
  • Prepare and analyze TD Penetration Reports to identify opportunities.
  • Groom, mentor, and develop the skills of Sales Consultants for improved productivity.
  • Ensure intercompany process adherence across all sales activities.
  • Implement and oversee the Care 2.0 process, including:
  • Loss case analysis and corrective actions.
  • Improving sales calling scripts to enhance conversions.
  • Staying updated with competition trends and market knowledge.
  • Actively participate in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive strategic improvements.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
