What We're Looking For

We are hiring a motivated Web Designer with WordPress and Elementor experience who is ready to grow with us. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to make a difference and grow into a long-term position within our company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor
  • Make adjustments to themes, templates, or plugins as needed
  • Implement minor programming tasks (HTML, CSS, optionally JavaScript or PHP)
  • Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
  • Work closely with management and marketing team
  • Bring in your ideas and actively contribute to ongoing projects

Requirements

  • Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript or PHP is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English or German (at least one is required)
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Willingness to grow into a long-term role
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
