**What We’re Looking For**
We are hiring a motivated Web Designer with WordPress and Elementor experience who is ready to grow with us. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to make a difference and grow into a long-term position within our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Make adjustments to themes, templates, or plugins as needed
- Implement minor programming tasks (HTML, CSS, optionally JavaScript or PHP)
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
- Work closely with management and marketing team
- Bring in your ideas and actively contribute to ongoing projects

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript or PHP is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly in English or German (at least one is required)
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Willingness to grow into a long-term role
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
