We are looking for a skilled WordPress professional to design, develop, and manage websites using WordPress. The ideal candidate should have expertise in customizing themes, creating plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive, SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.
  • Manage WordPress CMS including updates, security, and backups.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and ensure website uptime.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Create and maintain documentation for website structure and updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom coding).
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Familiarity with MySQL, cPanel, hosting, and FTP.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WooCommerce (if e-commerce projects are involved).
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of for headless WordPress.
  • Experience with REST API and JSON.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in WordPress development/design.
