Job Summary

The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations M365 and SharePoint environments. This role requires a deep understanding of M365 Admin and SharePoint Administration to ensure seamless operations and support. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts focusing on optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the M365 environment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Oversee SharePoint Administration tasks including site creation permissions management and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users for M365 and SharePoint-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices for infrastructure management and security.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for M365 and SharePoint configurations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Implement updates and patches to M365 and SharePoint systems to enhance security and functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Analyze system logs and reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to support business growth.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their productivity with M365 and SharePoint tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and backup processes are in place to protect organizational information.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in M365 Admin and SharePoint Administration.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
