We are looking for a
Senior Lead / Lead Electrical Engineer
to join our engineering team for detail engineering of oil & gas and energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead medium to large-scale projects and also contribute hands-on to Pre-FEED and FEED phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical engineering teams (3–15 members) for detail engineering projects.
  • Deliver Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC deliverables as an individual contributor when required.
  • Perform and review electrical system design calculations and power system studies.
  • Drive procurement engineering for electrical equipment and bulk materials.
  • Interface with other disciplines, clients, and vendors to ensure technical alignment.
  • Support proposal engineering and manhour estimation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization
  • Value Engineering

Technical Skills:

  • Electrical system design including conceptualizing the network, equipment sizing and various electrical calculations
  • Power system studies using
    ETAP
  • Procurement and area classification engineering
  • Hazardous area classification
  • Electrical Heat Tracing and Cathodic protection
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, IS)

Software Proficiency:

  • Must-have:
    ETAP, SPEL, AVEVA Electrical, Navisworks
  • Good to have:
    E3D, S3D, Dialux EVO, ERP tools
  • MS Office, Proficiency in Excel

People Skills:

  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Strong communication and coordination
  • Conflict resolution and stakeholder management

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / M.E. in Electrical Engineering
