Role Overview:

As an
Electrical Engineering Innovation Lead
, you will spearhead
research, innovation, and development in advanced power systems
. This role focuses on
software-defined power, stranded power management, and simulation-driven innovations
that reduce costs and improve efficiency. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, while also introducing cutting-edge solutions to keep data centers future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end
R&D initiatives
in power systems engineering and software-defined power

  • Partner with design & engineering teams for
    new developments, infrastructure upgrades, and rectifications
  • Drive
    cost optimization and energy efficiency
    through innovative electrical solutions
  • Perform
    modeling, simulation, and data analysis
    using
    MATLAB / COMSOL
  • Integrate and evaluate
    emerging technologies
    for scalability, reliability, and compliance
  • Conduct
    quarterly reviews
    of technologies and commercial viability to refine R&D strategy

Experience & Qualifications :

  • Education:
    Master's / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering specialization preferred)
  • Experience:
    10+ years in Electrical Engineering, R&D, and Power Systems Design
  • Mandatory:
    Hands-on expertise in
    MATLAB
    and
    COMSOL
    for simulation and modeling
  • Strong exposure to
    electrical distribution systems, SCADA tools, and condition monitoring
  • Prior
    data center or mission-critical infrastructure
    experience preferred
