Job Title: HR Executive - Day Shift

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Working Hours:

Monday to Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST

Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Hyderabad office and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultant Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new consultants.

Collect and verify all necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new hires.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records.
  • Monitor and manage timesheets, leaves, and attendance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.

Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and office events.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and address employee concerns effectively.

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee general office administration and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ensure availability and upkeep of office supplies and facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall office operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
